Formerly an accounting manager, John now runs the business side of Earth to Body.
Back in 2002, John and Martha made the first batches of creams and soaps. John’s time now fluctuates as management overseer, designing ETB excel programs, controlling the finances, and traveling the country to promote sales. You can find John sitting in the booth, studying his HAB scores while everyone else has abandoned ship.
Martha Shannon
Co-Founder, Skin Nutritionist
Martha researches the ingredients, formulates the recipes, and practices what she preaches. She is our skin Nutritionist in the flesh! Martha enjoys traveling around the country with John, stocking her hotel washroom with Earth to Body products and sharing her knowledge with her customers. If you can’t find Martha, she is probably trying to find an Internet connection!
Heidi Shannon
Sales Rep, Customer Service, Social Butterfly.

Holding down the fort while her parents are out of town, Heidi multi-tasks. Whether she is at a show, hosting a party or grocery shopping, you can find Heidi raving Earth to Body.
Tara Shannon

Tara is our graphics and web designer. She also enjoys writing content for the website on how to live a more natural lifestyle. Whether she’s changing diapers, changing fonts, or teaching yoga, Tara always has her hands full. If you have any web complaints feel free to email her, although she’s most likely doing yoga on a beach somewhere away from the chaos.
Steph Janukavicius
Chief Chef, Bottle Washer,
Sales Rep
Formally trained as ETB’s chief chef, you will most often find Steph at the kitchen helm, blending creams, mixing salves, or stirring soap. Steph also steps out of the kitchen into the booth, touring the craft show circuit with Heidi. Outside of ETB, Steph can be found in his sound production studio, jamming or studying at Concordia in music production and web design. Steph uses his time creatively. The arduous hours stirring soap lends itself to creative song writing, or you might find Steph strumming the cash register (between sales!) as he relives a drum jamming session. Or, he may simply be helping someone spell his last name!
Russ Whitty
Inventory and Production Control, Purchasing, Sou-chef
Previously self-employed, Russ is a natural master multi-tasker. He is often left alone to run the show while everyone is on the road. Bouncing from packing clays or blending salts, to ordering supplies or doing inventory, Russ is ETB’s reliable resource. With ETB’s future endeavors in mind, Russ has already explored the Greek Island olive groves and plans a future trip to Australia to visit our emu rancher. His infectious enthusiasm keeps our busy beehive in high spirits!
Margaret Baird
Office Admin, Copy Writer
A business college graduate, Margaret’s career has included office administration, retail buying, cost accounting and taking time out to devote to raising her family and community volunteering. Her real pleasure comes from her garden and writing; working at Earth to Body has enabled her to encompass all her experience and even do what she loves the most! When Margaret isn’t writing our garden and environment articles, she is filling in at the office when everyone else has flown the coop. The best part about working for ETB – she can bring her dog to work and deadhead the bosses’ garden on her coffee breaks!
