I’ve always been pretty lucky with my skin. I didn’t really have acne growing up, dry or tightness or oily t-zone. Over the years however I have always taken good care of my skin. When my parents started Earth to Body and I got my hands on the Pure Emu Oil not only did my skin look amazing but felt fantastic. I have no wrinkles (I’m 38) but I felt my skin was looking nicer and more rejuvenated as the years went by. People always ask me what I use and it’s always been the Emu Oil.
Only after I gave birth to my son did I notice a change in my skin. To anyone that has gone through such a tremendous change in your body would you understand. My skin, hair and body was not the same. A few weeks after I gave birth I told my mother what was happening. I said “I still love the Emu oil and I use it regularly but I need something more. My skin is tight, I look tired (I felt tired) I had puffiness and bags under my eyes.
Well, did she have a regime for me. I’ve been doing it for 18 months and I can’t even tell you how amazing my skin looks and feels. I can’t wait every day to apply these 3 oils on my face. I immediately feel better, look better and I seriously glow.
My face feels hydrated all day long even throughout our harsh winter. I never feel dry, tight or tired. I may feel tired but at least I don’t look it.
I still use my Emu Oil it’s my saviour and always will be. However, I now pour a small amount of the Emu oil in the palm of my hand, add 2-3 drops of our glorious Revitalizing Eye Oil and 2 drops of the ever wondrous Pure Tamanu Oil.
Our Eye Oil consists of Rosehip oil, carrot seed oil, Pure Argan Oil, Camellia Seed Oil and sea buckthorn. All of which are for puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles. This oil can be used all over the face which is what I love to do.
The Tamanu Oil form the South Pacific has a strong, pungent smell. I loved using it for healing but using it all over the face can be a bit much for me. Mixing it with the 2 other oils is a concoction that blew me away! The nutrients and non-clogging, highly absorbing oil is magic for my face. I’m now a huge believer in this oil as a cosmetic and love it!
I have continued to use these 3 oils on my face every day. Not only are my friends and customers asking me what I’ve been doing but I look into the mirror and can’t believe the results. We should call this regime ‘the fountain of youth’ or ‘the after-birth regime’. However, men can benefit from this as well.
