A bit about me, I am in my mid 30's and have been suffering from cystic acne for the past 20+ years. I have tried every product under the sun from Proactiv to Yonka to Arbonne to Mary Kay the list goes on & on. Nothing has worked. Recently my skin has become so painful I can barely touch it, let alone sleep on it. I am seeing a dermatologist & have a referral to see an endocrinologist because they think it is hormone related. I have used oral antibiotics & topical antibiotics with no luck, and also have a prescription for Accutane, which I have not started yet.

I am well aware of the dangers of all of these other "cleansers" but have had no success with any 100% natural products and have been told they will not work for my skin.
