Selling in my booth is always a rush for me. As I have mentioned in the past, the customers’ positive feedback is what keeps me going. The best feedback though is when a customer comes in and makes the sale for me. I love that. It is proof that our products work and that I’m telling the truth and that I do stand behind my line.

I’m in Toronto at ‘One of a Kind’, my favorite show, explaining my best-selling ESP Shampoo Bar to a lady with psoriasis in her scalp. She’s tried everything for years and is so discouraged.  I think to myself “She’s not buying.  She won’t even try it because she’s done it all and has never had success.”

I try though.  “If it doesn’t work, I will refund you or we can try something else.  Whatever you want.” She smiles, “Well I’ve tried it all, so why not try this.”

She removes one from the shelf, looks up at the rinse, thinks about it, “I can make my own, no?” I agreed, “It’s cheaper for sure, but we do make it for you in case.  And we add few extra nutrients too.”

As I’m putting through her order and about to bag the shampoo bar, she decides at the last second to add the rinse. “It’s Apple Cider Vinegar! It’s outstanding for everything.” She smirks. “Why didn’t I think to rinse my scalp with it.”

As she walks away to grab one, a young girl approaches me with a ESP Shampoo Bar in her hand. “Hi, have you used the Shampoo Bar before?’ I ask, just as my customer returns with Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse in tow and in time to hear the young girl reply, “I’ve been using this shampoo bar for years and it’s the only thing that has ever worked on my scalp. I had psoriasis so bad, for so long, that I almost gave up. Then, I found you guys at the CNE. Your company has changed my life!!!”

I just smile and say ‘I’m so happy for you and even more happy it worked!’ The lady looks over. “I’m trying it.  I have psoriasis in my scalp and just can’t find anything that works.”

The young girl adds, “It’s amazing! Try it. This company is remarkable.  They work with you.  They will give you the best customer service and honestly, they changed my life. It’s worth the $11.00.  Trust me.”  She pays for her bar, says thank you to me for being there and for making such fantastic products and winks a goodbye.

The lady looks up at me with these super excited eyes. “I’m so happy to have met you. Thank you. I will leave here feeling comfortable with my purchases.”

I smile. “Just call us. We will be here for you."

Best moment ever!!!
