Try our simple smoothie recipe and adapt it to your own liking. Once you have all the ingredients (and a blender) in place, it takes only minutes to prepare.

1 ¼ cups fresh orange juice
½ cup frozen sliced strawberries
½ cup frozen cubed mango
½ sliced banana
1 tsp raw rolled oats
1 tbsp wheat germ, and /or ground flax seed
½ cup plain or vanilla probiotic yogurt

Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Add yogurt and blend again.

For extra protein add 2 tbsp whey or soy protein powder. *Always use organic products whenever possible*
