CANADIAN ORDERS

Orders under $200.00 (before Taxes and after discounts): $15.00 flat rate for Canada Post Expedited. Regular Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority available at your own cost.

Orders over $200 (before Taxes and after discounts): Canada Post Expedited is FREE but other options are available at checkout at your own cost.

If your order is over $125.00 and you pay shipping  (before Taxes and after discounts): we include an argan lip balm gift. Exception: during specials when gifts are already included.
 

Canada Post usually delivers in 1-5 days depending on your location. It may take an extra day over to Vancouver island.  During the strike we will find an alternate method for you. NO courriers will deliver to  PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ORDERS TO THE USA

Following executive order by the current U.S. President, packages may now incur additional customs charges. Our shipping fees do not include duty fees. Duties are managed by the carrier and billed at delivery or upfront via parcel services. Earth To Body will not refund orders nor accept returns from USA based on the shipmnet or custom issues. It is the recipient responsability to respond to USA regulations and pay related fees

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You can choose from Tracked Package or Xpresspost International which is also tracked. All costs of important taxes and-or customs procedures are borne by the buyer.
