How to Use:

* Once (or twice) a week as a hair/head rinse/conditioner on scalp. Squirt 1-2 tablespoons onto scalp and rub into hair.
* For severe scalp issues: Leave on overnight
* Can be transferred to a spritz bottle if easier to use on body.  Step aside from the shower spray and spritz itchy skin.  Should be left on for a few minutes, but can be left on overnight 

Tips:

* Co-partners beautifully with any of our shampoo/soap bars (ESP, Shampoo Regular, Shampoo Basic)
* Makes a great weekly facial cleanser.  After massaging into the scalp pour a little onto the face and wash gently .  For more sensitive skin, dilute our hair rinse with more water
* Whether one has hair or not, a weekly rinse in ACV is nutritious for the skin

Storage and travel:

* Bathroom temperature is fine.  Use within the year.
* For travel by air put into a plastic baggie just in case of extreme weather changes

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar comes from an orchard situated in southern Ontario. It is made from ecologically grown apples, helping to improve our health and our environment. Apple cider vinegar contains over thirty important nutrients, twelve minerals, more than a half dozen essential vitamins and acids as well as a large number of enzymes. Its pH level is very similar to that of healthy skin so it can be used safely for many skin ailments.  It is therefore the most important ingredient in our hair rinse!

Rosemary

Rosemary (rosemarinus officinalis) is very rich in minerals and is a traditional herb for hair care. A volatile oil in rosemary helps soothes the scalp.  It is used to penetrates the hair shaft from root to tip a resulting in brighter, healthier hair.

Sage

Sage (salvia officinalis) makes a great addition to a hair rinse as it  strengthens and fortifies.  It  has cleansing properties that help remove annoying  dandruff flakes. Sage nourishes  the hair and scalp, giving hair a softer and shinier texture.

Parsley

Parsley (petroselinum sativum) has a high vitamin and mineral content. It may be a folk remedy that parsley stimulates hair growth, but it certainly does revitalize its natural beauty.

Lemonseed Extract

Lemonseed Extract (citrus medica limonum) is a bio-citrus extract preservative.

Bought the Manitouka Scrub last winter at Health Expo in Orleans..it is incredible and cannot share enough the great word about it! Have bought some pretty pricy and high claim products for my extreme dry itchy skin in winter but now all I use is this 1-2 times a week. Its paid for itself a few times over now.

My 6 year old dog has been a challenge for us because she has had such an itchy hide! She is on Apoquel medication, AND homemade dog food! I had given up bathing her; her extra scratching would carry on for days! When I received my shampoo soap from you, I got up my nerve and bathed her. It was so easy to use, dissolves easily onto the dog; easier to handle with wet hands than squeezing a tube of expensive special shampoo from the Vet. I rinsed her as well with diluted apple cider vinegar and enjoyed having a sparkling clean pooch with soft wavy shiny hair—and NO scratching! My rating is a 5 out of 5, not only for her, but my own hair! love it !Thank you for producing so many wonderful, chemical free products. I will be reordering the tooth cleaner as well. and also love the Spoil-me body oil.
